TRAMIN2018 is an international and interdisciplinary meeting focussing on the "Socio-environmental trajectoires of mining territories".

 

TRAMIN2018 will bring together researchers from the various scientific communities working on mines and mining territories. It aims to bring together geological, geographical, historical, sociological, legal, anthropological, economic, and environmental approaches by putting in perspective the role and the socio-environmental impacts of mining activity on development, transformation, and reconversion of these territories. The TRAMIN2018 meeting is therefore primarily a forum for exchanging on the added value of interdisciplinarity to better understand the socio-environmental trajectories of current and/or past mining territories. In-fine the main objective is to be able to implement territorial development strategies adapted to the challenges of sustainable development in these territories.
